Breathtakingly Beautiful PBS Great Performances Andrea Bocelli & David Foster Christmas Special

I am sitting here watching the fabulous Andrea Bocelli & David Foster's Christmas Special on PBS WLIW21 Great Performances. I am awestruck at the genius of both of them. Andrea's voice & David's musical ability & arranging. I feel chills just watching them & can only image what it is like live. It is flawless & has definitely put me in the spirit of Christmas. If you can, try to watch it & definitely buy Andrea's Christmas CD "My Christmas". Absolutely Beautiful!!!

Performances by Natalie Cole, Reba Mcentire, Mary J. Blige, The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and newcomer Katherine Jenkins. All Breathtaking!!!

A MUST SEE!!!

This is my favorite bag. Sooooo Pretty!!!

~A mix of antique florals and plaid ruffles~

Lush blossoms floating in a sea of dusky coral...touches of butter yellow & sage.

I just love this bag. It reminds me of the bag that Julie Andrews carried in Mary Poppins. Designed by April Cornell for the Isabella's Journey line by Manual Woodworkers & Weavers.

Too pretty to be stored away in a closet...this would make a great magazine holder placed next to a chair. If you knit or crochet, you could use it to store your yarn. Otherwise, just put it in a corner in a bedroom by a vanity or dresser as part of your shabby, cottage, country chic decor. I sell this bag at my store & at shows and people just ~Love~ this bag. My Favorite Easy Bake Cookie...

Lots of parties, lots of shopping, lots of decorating...I'm exhausted just thinking about it!!!

Here's a quick bake-easy recipe cookie recipe that everyone loves...

~Graham Cracker Cookies~

Preheat Oven 375 degrees

Layer a cookie tray with whole graham crackers

Chop pecans & layer over graham crackers. (I like a lot of pecans...I would say a least 1 cup chopped per pan...I always say the more the better. I chop my pecans by putting them in a small plastic bag & hammering them!!!

On the stove...bring to a boil 1 stick of butter & 1/2 cup of sugar.

Drizzle melted butter & sugar over graham crackers & pecans.

Bake in oven for 8 minutes.

Cool hour.

Break graham crackers into pieces.

Arrange on a pretty plate & serve

mmm...Delicious.

To store cookie...I like to use a cookie tin lined with aluminium foil. This keeps the cookies crisp.
